He loves to eat green grass to eat!
H for Hen, she lays an egg,
Cluck, cluck, cluck — on one leg!
I for Ice-cream, cold and sweet,
Melts so fast — a yummy treat!
J for Jug, full of juice,
Pour it out — let’s all use!
K for Kite, flies in the sky,
Higher and higher, up so high!
L for Lion, strong and bold,
He roars so loud — brave and gold!
M for Monkey, funny and quick,
Jumps on trees and does a trick!
N for Nest, where birdies sing,
Chirp chirp chirp — what joy they bring!

Peel it, eat it — what a treat!

He says “Hello!” with delight!
Q for Queen, with shiny crown,
She rules the castle up and down!

Through the garden, hopping past!

Gives us warmth and lovely light!
T for Tiger, with stripes so fine,
Strong and brave, he looks divine!
U for Umbrella, up when it rains,
No more drops on window panes!
V for Van, goes vroom-vroom far,
Takes us places, near and far!
W for Watch, tick-tock sound,
Always moving round and round!
X for Xylophone, music play,
Ting-ting-ting the happy way!
Y for Yak, with furry hair,
Lives in mountains with cool air!
Z for Zebra, black and white,
Running fast — what a sight!
