"Heavenly Father,
I come before You today acknowledging the things that are weighing on my heart. You know the thoughts that cause me anxiety and the situations that feel out of my control.
Right now, I choose to release these worries to You. Instead of spiraling in fear, I bring my petitions and my specific needs to Your feet. I want to pause and thank You for Your faithfulness and for the blessings You have already provided, even in the middle of this challenge.
Please wrap me in Your peace—the kind of peace that doesn't make sense to the world and goes beyond my own understanding. Let that peace stand like a guard over my heart and my mind today. Keep my thoughts centered on You and rested in the grace of Jesus.
