I take the bus, I catch the bus,
Bus stop here, wait with us,
The bus comes late, then comes on time,

I ride the train, the train is fast,
Next stop now, not the last,
I get on, I get off,
Train goes soft, train goes rough.

I take the metro, subway ride,
Up the stairs, then inside,
Doors close quick, lights go by,
Subway moves, low to high.

I drive a car, I start the car,
Turn the key, go not far,
Stop the car, park it right,
Drive by day, drive by night.

I ride a bike, pedal slow,
Helmet on, ready to go,
Bike lane clear, bike feels light,
Ride my bike left and right.

I walk the street, I walk alone,
Walk to work, walk back home,
Cross the road, look both ways,
Walking fits my busy days.

I take a taxi, call it now,
Taxi comes, I show the way,
Fast and easy, door to door,
Taxi drops me near the store.

I wait for the bus in the rain,
Bus is full, stand again,
Seat is free, sit right down,
Bus goes through the busy town.

I fly by plane, airport time,
Check-in line, short or long line,
Board the plane, seat is mine,
Fly so high, land just fine.

I ride a scooter, short quick trip,
Helmet tight, hands on grip,
Stop at lights, go on green,
Scooter ride smooth and clean.

I take a boat across the bay,
Water moves, boats sway,
On the boat, feel the breeze,
Boat goes slow, feels at ease.

I miss the bus, I’m late today,
Catch the next, it’s okay,
Check the time, look again,
Bus comes soon, count to ten.

I buy a ticket, keep it safe,
Ticket ready, right place,
Show the ticket, walk right through,
Travel starts, something new.

I change the line, change the train,
Move around, not complain,
Ask for help, find the way,
Travel works day by day.

I get on board, I get inside,
Find my seat, enjoy the ride,
Stand up straight, hold the rail,
Moving on without fail.

Traffic stops, traffic flows,
Red light waits, green light goes,
Cars line up, horns are loud,
City moves in a crowd.

I arrive home, end the ride,
Step outside, look around,
Trip is done, day is through,
Transport takes me where I choose.
