Lost

Sometimes I feel like I’m nowhere,
Looking at a path so bare,
Trying hard to stand tall, but I fall,
Wondering if I’m anything at all.
Sometimes I’m stuck in a daze,
Lost in a mind’s endless maze,
Seeking for the light, but it’s nowhere in sight,
Just trying to make it through the night.
Crying out loud, I’m searching for me,
Am I supposed to be good or just let it be?
Am I meant to be great, or better somehow?
What is this dream I’m searching for now?
I’m lost in the mirror staring back,
Don’t know the pieces, can’t see the cracks,
Who am I and what do I see?
I’m still finding who I want to be.
