Psalm 91

Verse 1
He who dwells in the secret place
Of the Most High, full of grace,
Shall abide in the shadow’s light,
Held beneath His wings of might.
I will say of the Lord Most High:
“You’re my refuge, my strong supply,
My God in whom I put my trust—
Faithful, holy, good, and just.”

Chorus
You will not fear the deadly night,
Nor the arrow in the day.
A thousand fall left and right,
But near you no harm shall stay.
He commands His angels there,
To guard your steps with care.
You are hidden in His hand—
In His shelter you shall stand.

Verse 2
He will save you from the snare,
From the pestilence in the air.
Under His feathers you’ll find rest,
Truth your shield, your soul is blessed.
No terror shall your heart invade,
No plague come near the home you’ve made.
You’ll tread on lion, cobra, flame,
In Jesus’ strength, you’ll rise and reign.
