Past the glacier’s edge, beyond Lake Fjalding’s cry,
Where the chill cuts deep and the brave men die.
South of the Castle, west of the mine,
Where the River Hirsta snakes and winds.

The Stone sleeps beneath a shivering stream,
Guarded by whispers, half-lost in dream.
It shifts like thought, it pulls like shame,
It knows your soul, and speaks your name.

[Chorus – Surging, layered vocals with echo]
Stone of Water, drowned and old —
Mirror of truth, and secrets untold.
Flow through pain, let fear subside —
Wade the depths where the dead still hide.

[Verse 2 – Darker tone]
Beneath the ice, a memory stirs —
Of Brodir’s fall, and frozen slurs.
Of draugr kings in sunken halls,
Still guarding tombs as snowflakes fall.

Through snow-shrouded reeds and kelp-choked trails,
I walk where even courage pales.
A Slaughterfish strikes, the rift runs red,
But deeper still I press ahead.

[Bridge – Spoken, atmospheric break with eerie ambience]
“This is not a test of strength…
But surrender.
To fight the current is to drown.
Flow with the All-Maker — or be lost.”

Stone of Water, teach me grace —
In your tide I find my place.
I walk no path — I glide, I sway —
Through shifting depths where ghosts still pray.

[Verse 4 – Resurgence and resolve]
I rose from depths that steal the breath,
Past tombs of yore and silent death.
Near Gyldenhul’s sunken curse I tread,
Where pirates slumber with eyes of dread.

But the Stone awaits by glassy shore,
A pillar veined in myths of yore.
I touch its runes, and water bends,
The trial fades — the soul ascends.
