Do you even want to be happy or were you just interested in the chase

This game is wrecking my head
I honestly can't take it
Why do you focus on unimportant
You won't be happy until you break it

Break ups are the only thing you seem to know
Wouldn't know a good man until he's walked out the door
You can't expect a man to provide for you when you got no skin in the game
Whens he's the one grinding but all you seem to do is complain

He's not here enough but he's focused on getting you there getting you all the things you wanted but you don't seem to care
You care about you selfish and completely self-absorbed so much so you ask him to stop doing what he loves just to take him off course but you can seem to take when he stands up for himself. But now he needs to manage your feelings along with having to ignore his own self.

You can't ask a man to stop being a man to be vulnerable and still be your king you obviously have never took the time to understand any man otherwise you wouldn't be in this position
You got to give the man a break once in a while, he's just come home from work how difficult is it to greet him with a smile

But no smile will be given not today tomorrow or the next it'll be an argument followed by the silent treatment him apologising for you getting upset

But you've broken this man one too many times why give yourself to another only to be made a fool of another time. So focus on yourself man don't let her get under your skin, she won't take away that gent you have deep within.
