В ночи совсем негрОмок.
В нем слышу я напевы гор,
Далекий отзвук грома.
В нем слышу поездов гудки,
Метели вой унылый,
Журчанье тихое реки,
Скрип сапогов постылый.
И вижу я свои края,
Свой дымный серый город,
И вспоминаются друзья,
И наши разговоры,
И речка, и заря над ней,
И звук шагов любимой,
И тусклый отблеск фонарей,
И час неповторимый,
Когда усталый, чуть живой,
Бредешь, шаги считая,
И тихо шелестит листвой
Прозрачный ветер мая...
