From my head, where it all begins,
To the shape of my jaw, my lovely chin.
My forehead wide, my eyebrows arch,
The temples frame my face’s march.
Two eyes to see, with lashes long,
A nose for scents, both weak and strong.
My cheeks grow red when laughter flows,
And lips that form where kindness shows.
The neck connects my head to chest,
It turns with ease, it’s truly blessed.
My shoulders broad, they bear the weight,
And arms extend at every gate.
My elbows bend, my wrists can twist,
My fingers touch, they clench to fists.
The thumb stands proud, the grip’s alive,
Ten nails grow strong, they help me thrive.
Chest protects my beating heart,
While lungs ensure the breath won’t part.
The backbone stands, the spine so straight,
The ribs guard all with perfect state.
