I wear a mask, hiding my pain But the weight of it all drives me insane Battling the stigma, the judgment and shame Mental health matters, it's not just a game
It's okay not to be okay It's alright to feel this way Don't be afraid to seek some help You're not alone, you can't be left on the shelf
