Text
[Verse 1]
Spring taps softly on the garden gate
Tiny green leaves say, “Don’t be late!”
Daisies pop up in a row
Rain boots splash where puddles grow
[Chorus]
Round and round, the seasons go
Four new stories in a row
Spring, summer, autumn, wintertime
Clap your hands and sing the rhyme!
[Verse 2]
Summer brings a watermelon slice
Picnic blankets, cool and nice
Kites lift high above the park
Fireflies blink when it gets dark
[Chorus]
Round and round, the seasons go
Four new stories in a row
Spring, summer, autumn, wintertime
Clap your hands and sing the rhyme!
[Verse 3]
Autumn paints the maples red and gold
Jackets warm us when the air turns cold
Crunchy leaves beneath our feet
Apple pies smell good enough to eat
[Bridge]
Then winter hangs a silver sky
Snowflakes twirl and tumble by
Mittens, cocoa, scarves so bright
Windows sparkle through the night
[Final Chorus]
Round and round, the seasons go
Four new stories in a row
Spring, summer, autumn, wintertime
Clap your hands and sing the rhyme!
Round and round, the seasons go
Every change has something new to show
Spring, summer, autumn, wintertime
Clap your hands—our year is fine!
Spring taps softly on the garden gate
Tiny green leaves say, “Don’t be late!”
Daisies pop up in a row
Rain boots splash where puddles grow
[Chorus]
Round and round, the seasons go
Four new stories in a row
