I turn it off, I put it down,
I leave the house, walk through town.

I go to work, I go to school,
I walk or ride, I keep it cool,
I meet some people, say hello,
I start my tasks, nice and slow.

I sit at work, I stand again,
I write some notes, count to ten,
I listen close, I speak clear,
I ask a question, hear the answer.

I take a break, I rest a bit,
I drink some coffee, quietly sit,
I talk with friends, I laugh out loud,
I feel relaxed, I feel proud.

I work again, I try my best,
I do my job, I pass the test,
I finish tasks, one by one,
The workday moves, the workday’s done.

I eat lunch, soup and rice,
The food tastes good, feels nice,
I eat slowly, then I stand,
I wash my hands, dry my hands.

I go back to work, the day goes on,
I feel a bit tired, not for long,
I stay focused, stay on track,
I do my work, then look back.

I go back home at end of day,
I take my shoes off right away,
I hang my coat, I sit down,
I breathe in calm, no rush around.

I cook some dinner, cut and stir,
I clean the table, plates are clear,
I eat at home, I drink some tea,
The evening feels good to me.

I watch TV, I rest my eyes,
I hear some music, soft and nice,
I talk a bit, I smile again,
The day feels good, now and then.

I clean the room, I sweep the floor,
I take the trash out the door,
I put things back where they belong,
I keep it neat, not for long.

I take a shower, warm and slow,
I change my clothes, soft and low,
I brush my teeth, I turn the light,
I get ready for the night.

I set the alarm for morning time,
I check the clock, the hour’s fine,
I lie in bed, I close my eyes,
The day is done, the night arrives.

I sleep well now, I rest deep,
I dream a little, count some sheep,
Tomorrow comes, the same old way,
