From the top of my head to the tips of my toes,
Every part of the body, its purpose it shows.
The forehead shines when the sunlight’s near,
And eyebrows lift when emotions appear.
The eyes can see the world so wide,
The ears will listen, they never hide.
The nose can smell the sweetest breeze,
While the cheeks blush with gentle ease.
The mouth will speak, the tongue will taste,
The teeth will chew without a haste.
The chin below gives the face its line,
Every feature works so fine.
The neck connects the head with grace,
And shoulders hold the world’s embrace.
The arms reach out, the hands will clasp,
With five fingers, they form a grasp.
Elbows bend to give us range,
While the wrists twist, a perfect exchange.
The chest protects the beating heart,
The lungs expand to do their part.
