A feast for vultures

From the battlefield you can smell the blood
Burnings of flash from sparks from steel
Screams are gone and there is a flood
Of silence with rain
Bodies cover mud.
This is just a feast for crows!!
Bodies scattered all around
buried in the bloody ground
Vultures gather around the corps
NOW THERE IS A FEAST FOR CROWS!!
The river of blood spreads across the fields
along with spears and broken shields
many lie down with pierced hearts
vultures take away the remaining parts.
the battle is over and no one is alive
to tell the story of how to survive.
Only a bloody field remains
no one else to extend the genes.
This is just a feast for crows!
