Guide Me Home

I fall, I rise, I lose my way,
Then I return to You and pray.
Again and again, my soul will call,
Your mercy catches every fall.
Forgive me, Lord, forgive my heart,
When I drift and walk apart.
Lead me to Your righteous light,
Keep me faithful day and night.
Guide me on Your holy way,
Help me never lose my faith.
Let my prayers bring me near,
