In the quiet of the night, I take my flight,
Drawn to the light, that burns so bright,
But every flicker hides a flame,
A dance of death, a nameless game.
I’m just a moth, fading in the glow,
Chasing dreams that I’ll never know,
With wings so fragile, I fall, I fall,
To the ember’s call, I surrender all.
Once I was free, beneath the moon’s gaze,
Now I’m lost in a fiery haze,
