I put on shoes, left and right,
Sneakers fit, walking light,
Boots for rain, boots for cold,
Sandals on when days are bold.

I wear a jacket, zip it tight,
Coat goes on at night,
Sweater warm, hoodie too,
I stay cozy, that will do.

I wear a hat on sunny days,
Cap goes on in many ways,
Scarf around my neck so neat,
Gloves on hands, warm and sweet.

I try a dress, looks okay,
I try it on, then say,
This size fits, that one too,
Small or large, pick the view.

I like this color, not that tone,
Black and white feel known,
Red looks bright, blue looks cool,
Colors help me choose the rule.

I buy a shirt, pay the price,
Cheap is good, nice is nice,
This one’s new, that one’s old,
I keep the one I hold.

I change my clothes, day to night,
Casual day, evening right,
Work clothes on, home clothes off,
Easy change, soft and soft.

I take off shoes, hang the coat,
Fold the shirt, stack it neat,
Clothes in closet, clothes in drawer,
Ready for tomorrow’s door.

I wear socks, one, then two,
Belt goes on, simple view,
Button up, zip it slow,
Ready now, time to go.

I like comfort, feel so free,
Clothes that fit are good for me,
Not too tight, not too loose,
Easy wear is what I choose.

I dress again another day,
Same old rhythm, same old way,
Shirt and jeans, shoes and hat,
Clothes on me, that’s that.

I put on clothes, I take them off,
Every day, the same old song,
Simple words, simple choice,
Clothes I wear, hear my voice.
